Features

• Precision machined cylinder head
• Pressure control valve and gauge to regulate pressure for size and type of timber joined
• Floating spring suspension to allow simultaneous pressing of top and bottom nail plates
• Unique horizontal pneumatic clamping mechanism ensures joints are held tightly together
• Horizontally adjustable clamping positions for varying timber widths
• Sliding base plate for easy positioning of bottom plate
• 3m infeed and 6m outfeed conveyors with backing plate so timber is held straight while being pressed
